Wire Feeding/Pay-off Machine&Decoiler (KSJ-400)

Production Decription:

  XD-612 6-axis CNC spring coiling machine designed and processing spring's wire diameter range φ0.3~1.2mm, which is mainly suitable for making all kinds of precision compression springs, like wire coil, oil seal springs, electronic springs, medical instrument springs, battery springs, tower or taper springs, toy springs, strip wire springs, keyboard springs, etc. It can also manufacture some of simple torsion spring and so on. The machine adopts Taiwai controller, Japan servo motor and imported gear. It has equipped with two axis, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding is called Y-axis and the other one for controlling OD, one for pitch, two for cutter and one for arbor retreat. 

Machine Feature:

1. It adopts Taiwan computer controller and Japan servo motors as well as imported accuracy gears.

2. Controller with film type button, system interface with Chinese & English display, convenient to operate.

3. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating. 

4. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.

5. The optional device: torsion spring device, spring length gauge/sensor.
