Production Description:

  XD-CNC35 3/4-axis CNC universal spring forming machine designed and producing the wire diameter range from 1.5mm to 4.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing all types of precision compression springs, single or double torsion springs, tension springs, shaped springs, flat line springs, wire forming and other spring of products. The machine adopts traditional cam-designed, eight crank arms are driven by the cam X-axis, and realize 360-degree rotation in forward and reverse directions. Further the fourth axis is also called spinner U-axis, was added to facilitate the formation of more complex products. It can be disassembled and assembled freely, and the operaton is very convenient.

Machine Features:

1. The machine adopts cam-designed, which can manufatacture various spring with high speed and accuracy, good stability.

2. It adopts Taiwan Yitu's computerized controller and equipped with servo motor imported from Japan.

3. Computer interface displayed in Chinese and English which makes the operation very easy.

4. Cam X-axis can act both clockwisely or counter-clockwisely, wire feeding length can be adjusted while machine operation.

5. Quill Z-axis and Spinner U-axis can comply 360 degree rotation, they can be turned off at any time when are not needed.

6. It is suitable for making various ultra-precision compression springs, single or double torsion springs, tension springs, irregular springs, flat line springs, rectangle springs, swirl springs, special-shape springs and other different springs.
