  XD-680 6-axis CNC spring coiling machine has designed and processing wire diameter of 3.0mm to 8.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing all kinds of compression springs and some simple torsion springs within the range of wire diameter, such as coil springs, tower or tip springs, convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs, reducing springs, etc. The machine has totally equipped with six axis servo motors independently, including one servo motor for wire feeding, two servo motors for cutting, two servo motors for controlling OD and one servo motor for controlling pitch. It is very convinient to operate and learn, at the same time manufacturing springs with fast production speed, high working accuracy and running smoothly, and is great recognized and favored by thousands of spring manufacturers.

Machine Features:

1. It adopts independent servo motor control on spring coiling part, improved work efficiency and precision.

2. The cutter and the mandrel adopt an integrated design with strong rigidity.

3. Both the cut-off part and the outer diameter control are independent and driven by two servo motors each.

4. Cam can be moved clockwisely or anti-clockwisely, wire feed length can be changed while running the machine.

5. Fieldbus controller, with fast reaction speed and good synchronism. Chinese & English user interface, easy to operate and learn.

6. Computer can automatically detect the temperature of motor and slow down the running rate to protect the motor from overheating.

7. Computer can automatically decelerate according to the timing when probe should be used.

8. Production speed can be increased or decreased at any time of the running machine.
