Production Description:
XD-208 2-axis CNC spring coiler design and processing spring's wire diameter from φ0.15mm to 0.8mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing various precision compression springs, such as wire coil, oil seal springs, battery springs, taper springs, stationary springs, toy springs, strip wire springs, keyboard springs, some simple torsion springs and tension springs, etc. With the support of our enterprise's core technology, it can be make the minimum wire diameter to φ0.07mm and which is the first and only on in China.
XD-208 2-axis CNC spring coiler adopts Taiwan controller, Japan servo motor, imported gear and so on. The machine has two axis, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding is called Y-axis and the other one for controlling OD, pitch, cutter and so on is called X-axis. Moreover, you can also choose the optional device like spring length gauge or torsion spring device.
