Production Description:

    XD-330 3-axis CNC coiling spring machine designed and producing springs of wire diameter from φ1.0mm to 3.0mm, which is mainly suitable for making all kinds of precision compression springs, such as coil springs, tower or tip springs, middle convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs, reducing springs, etc. The machine has equipped with three axis, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding is called Y-axis, one servo motor for cam rotating is called X-axis and one servo motor for controlling spring pitch is called Z-axis. Among them, the third axis added is for controlling the pitch of springs flexible and reducing the difficulty of manual operation. The more important thing is, good feedback of spring manufacturers experience makes our products competitive.

Machine Features:

1. It adopts Taiwan Yitu controller and Japan Sanyo servo motors as well as imported accuracy gears.

2. Controller with film type button, system interface with Chinese & English display, convenient to operate.

3. Cam X-axis can run in both forward and reverse directions, Y-axis wire feeding length can be adjusted while machine operation.

4. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motors when it is overheating. 

5. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine during production process.

6. Probe deceleration ratio function adopted, Improve productivity.

7. The optional device: spring length gauge/sensor.
