  XD-212 2-axis CNC spring coiling machine design and processing spring's wire diameter from φ0.3~1.2mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing various precision compression springs, such as wire coil, oil seal springs, elcetronic springs, medical instrument springs, battery springs, tower or taper springs, stationary springs, toy springs, strip wire springs, keyboard springs, etc. At the same time, the machine can also make some of simple torsion spring , tension springs and so on.

  XD-212 2-axis CNC spring coiling machine adopts Taiwan controller, Japan servo motor, imported gear and so on. The machine has equipped two axis, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding is called Y-axis and the other one for controlling OD, pitch, cutter and so on is called X-axis. Moreover, you can also choose the optional device like spring length gauge and torsion spring device.

 3. Cam axis can run in both forward and reverse directions,wire feed length can be adjusted while machine operation.
