  XD-820 eight axis CNC spring coiling machine is designed and produced wire diamater from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, and non standard strip wire material ≤3.5mm. it is your good option to make wave spring. since the machine has totally 8 axis, thus, operator will feel conveninet in spring pre set works and modification during spring coiling process.

Machine Features:

1. Integrated design of cutters which are directly commanded by CNC

2. Fieldbus controller, reaction speed and synchronization largely increased. HOME execution bypassed.

3. Quick conversion of left and right hand spring.

4. Arbor and coiling pins will find the best coiling positions. simply by company key pressing.
