Production Description:

  XD-230 2-axis CNC spring coiling machine designed and processing springs of wire diameter from φ1.0mm to 3.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing various precision compression springs, such as coil springs, tower or tip springs, middle convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs, reducing springs, etc. And it has a very wide range of applications in the industrial field. The machine can be applied for a variety of spring wire material like carbonized wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire and so on.

  The standard machine has equiped with two axis, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding is called Y-axis and the other one for cam rotating is called X-axis. Further the third axis is controlled the pitch of springs and is optional device need to order separately. You can also choose an optional device, spring length gauge, which is  used to automatically detect and improve the pass rate of spring products.

Machine Feature:

1. It adopts Taiwan controller, Japan servo motor, imported gear and so on.

2. Controller with film type button, Chinese and English display, convenient operation.

3. Cam axis can run in both forward and reverse directions,wire feed length can be adjusted while machine operation.

4. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating.

5. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.

6. Probe deceleration ratio function adopted.
