  XD-CNC35 3/4-axis CNC universal spring forming machine adopts traditional cam design, eight crank arms are driven by the cam, and realize 360-degree rotation in forward and reverse directions. It designed and processing the wire diameter range of 1.5mm to 4.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing all kinds of precision compression springs, single or double torsion springs, tension springs,  shaped springs, flat line springs, wire forming and other springs of products.  In addtional, the fourth axis, also called spinner U-axis, was added to facilitate the formation of more complex products.

Machine Feature:

1. The machine is designed by cam, which manufatactures spring with high speed and accuracy, good stability.

2. It adopts Taiwan Yitu's computer controller and equipped with servo motor imported from Japan.

3. Computer interface displayed in Chinese and English which makes the operation easy.

4. Cam X-axis can act both clockwisely or counter-clockwisely, wire feeding length can be adjusted while machine operation.

5. It is suitable for making various ultra-precision compression springs, single or double torsion springs, tension springs, irregular springs, flat line springs, rectangle springs, swirl springs, special-shape springs and other different springs.
