Production Description: 

  XD-660 6-axis CNC high speed coiling machine processing wire diameter 2.5mm to 6.0mm and consisting of wire feeding Y-axis, OD controlling X/C-axis, cutter A/B-axis and pitch Z-axis, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing all kinds of precision compression springs like coil springs, cylinder springs, conical springs，tower springs, tip springs, middle convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs as well as variable diameter springs. In addition, the machine's cutter aixs and OD axis are independent, which greatly reduces the difficulty of manual operation and greatly improves the work efficiency. 

Machine Feature:

1. It adopts Taiwan computer controller and Japan servo motors as well as imported accuracy gears.

2. System interface with Chinese & English, easy to learn and operate quickly.

3. Mandrel back and forth motion by gas cylinder, combined design of cutter and mandrel.

4. The left and right springs switch without changing the tool holder, and the switching is very convenient.

5. The machine's cutter axis and OD axis are independent, which reduces the difficulty of operation and improves the work efficiency.

6. Computer automatically detected and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating. At the same time, production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.

7. It's commonly use in the industries of motocycle, automobile, railway, electric power station, engineering machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, elevator and other industry.
