  XD-220 2-axis CNC spring coiler processing springs range of wire diameter is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing various precision compression springs within the range of wire dia, such as coil springs, tower or tip springs, middle convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs, reducing springs, etc. The machine has equiped with two servo motor to drive, wire feeding Y-axis and  cam rotation X-axis. It can be process  various wire material like carbonized wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire and so on. 

Machine Feature:

1. It adopts Taiwan controller, Japan servo motor, imported gear and so on.

2. Controller with film type button, Chinese and English display, convenient operation.

3. Cam axis can run in both forward and reverse directions,wire feed length can be adjusted while machine operation.

4. Computer automatically detect and decelerate servo motor when it is overheating.

5. Production rate can be increased or decreased at any time running the machine.

6. Probe deceleration ratio function adopted.
