  The current mainstream application of coil spring machine equipment is composed of five major structural units such as straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, reducing mechanism, pitch mechanism and cutting mechanism. Due to the combination of computer control system and servo drive technology, it is mainly suitable for winding spiral shaped springs and other products, so it is also known as "computer compression spring machine" or "CNC high-speed spring coiling machine".

Coiling spring machine's working principle

  Working principle: Use one or several groups of wire feeding rollers to press the steel wire to rotate, and push the steel wire to move forward continuously. At the same time, the steel wire is wound into shape by the limitation and guidance of the upper and lower diameter rods. Among them, the steel wire continuously rotates forward in the respective chute of the upper and lower ring diameter rods, and the size of the spring coil diameter is controlled by controlling the relative positions of the upper and lower ring diameter rods. The pitch bar is the movement of the vertical paper surface (machine panel), which forms the spiral rising angle of the wound steel wire, and then the control and adjustment of the relative position of the pitch rod realizes the control of the spring pitch. After the spring (right-handed) is wound on the coiling spring machine, the wire cutter is moved down by the cutter, and the mandrel serves as a support point for the cutter to cut the wire. Remarks: right-handed spring, upper cutter moves downward; left-handed spring, lower cutter moves upward.
